Cross-training matrix<\/li><li>Track\/meet productivity goals; track\/meet yield goals; track\/meet WIP goals<\/li><li>Recommend and implement productivity and yield improvements<\/li><li>Line balancing<\/li><li>Issue LHRs to the manufacturing floor for final assembly production<\/li><li>Based on Finished Goods \/ Clinical build plan, create Sub-Assembly build plans; issue LHRs to the manufacturing floor for Sub-Assembly production<\/li><li>Consolidate other build requests such as R&amp;D or other Engineering builds; schedule according to priorities<\/li><li>Allocate and kit components for builds<\/li><li>Open and close Work Orders in ERP, including allocations, insuring accuracy to Material Transfer Forms<\/li><li>Review in-process LHRs for completeness and accuracy; resolve issues with Quality<\/li><li>Replenish raw material inventory; notify Purchasing of ordering requirements<\/li><li>Perform cycle counting and physical inventory counts; reconcile discrepancies<\/li><li>Maintain work area cleanliness and compliance with various safety, fire, and hazmat guidelines<\/li><li>Execute work in a manner compliant with FDA and ISO guidelines for medical device development and manufacture<\/li><li>Maintain compliance with all document and procedure training requirements<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f4fb46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3f4fb46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Qualifications<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3bc75e6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3bc75e6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Experience<\/p><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years of education or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Minimum 1 &#8211; 3 years&#8217; experience in Manufacturing (production planning \/ scheduling) in the medical device industry<\/li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP system transactions preferred<\/li><li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in personnel production line coordination (direct supervisory experience and equipment maintenance a plus)<\/li><li>Ability to follow established written procedures with minimum supervision<\/li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li><li>Able to lift \/ carry up to 25 lbs.<\/li><li>Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word)<\/li><li>Some hands on capability of machine calibration and troubleshooting preferred<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3586d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b3586d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Education Requirements\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c09037 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c09037\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>AA\/AS degree in technology field or equivalent<\/li><li>BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Technology preferred<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>This position is based in Milpitas, CA and is an onsite position.
