Major Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage customer order fulfillment and customer relations. Ensure orders are correctly fulfilled and work with cross-functional teams when necessary to fulfill orders (Quality, Regulatory, and Operations).
- Manage and facilitate sales reporting, including sales forecasting and planning. Working with sales representatives and internal management. Reporting on monthly sales and KPIs.
- Point of contact for all customer agreements and necessary documents for order fulfillment (Letter of Authorizations and Ad Hoc requests).
- Create ad hoc reports and analyses as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Work with regional leaders to forecast sales performance and set realistic targets based on market trends and historical data.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and systems and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work with Quality on change controls and deviations that relate to sales operations.
- Manage key accounts and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address customer issues to improve overall sales performance.
- Lead and mentor the order fulfillment team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications
Experience
- Interventional cardiology experience preferred, though other cardiology and peripheral vascular experience may be appropriate
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a commercial medical device company with international sales (high value, disposable devices).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Results-orientated, self-starter
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Education Requirements
- Bachelor in Business, or equivalent education and experience
This position is based in Milpitas, CA and is an onsite position. The salary range is $130K – $160K based on factors including experience, skills, etc.
